I welcome all help in finding the identity of this engine and all info on it. Yhe engine is 18" tall with a 12" by 2 1/2" flywheel. I can email a closer look at the timer if that will help. Thanks in advance |

Bruce Saw your question above am in North Florida going to Suwanee Engine and Swap meet tomorrow ! will look for info when I get back home. Question for some of you in Northern N.Y., New England or Canada, could you look outside and see if the door or something was left open ? temps going down into mid 20's here tonight! Had to drive into town this afternoon and get some Antifreeze, really are alot of brands and differences now, finally decided on one, Label says "Jack Daniels" It came highly recommended for low temps ?? |

I had the clear the snow drifts away so that I could see my computer screen and - yes- the water does get hard and crystalline here for about 5 or 6 months. Small square lumps of it come in handy, when mixed with the antifreeze. miro |

Ernie, looks like you're about 2 1/2 hrs away, as close as you're gonna get. Rent a car and go, it's worth the trip, I just did it. We were in Kissimmie, I drove 3 hrs to visit, only mistake I made was not staying long enough. |

Level reduction underway! Supposed to be hard freeze tonight, if any antifreeze left by tomorrow will look for hard water to go with it! E. Ft Meyers is on the south west coast of Fla. My home is just across the state on the east coast. Nice little town on the Caloosahatchee river that goes all the way across the state. It was the winter home of Thomas Edison he also had a labratory there. Henry Ford bought the house next door and the whole compound is a museum today. Next weekend is the big Florida Flywheelers annual Swap meet and engine show at Ft Mead, its about 60 mi North of Ft Myers, if you could go let me know i'll be back home next tues or wed ! |
