Here are the pics I took at the Calvert, MD show this year. I forgot my camera and had to use the camera in an automitive diagnostic tool (PDA) so the quality may not be that good on some of them. They are in no particular order.
If anyone else has pics that need posting I set the largest dimension of the pic at 400 pixels per inch and then adjusted the compression as needed to get the pic the right size for posting. Also I will be glad to resize and post pics for anyone else. Just e-mail them to me. Be sure to put Calvert pics in the subject line so I don't delete it.

Thanks for posting all the pictures, I see there are some really interesting engines in that part of the world, I guess I need to travel some in the years ahead to see some of these treasures,

Dick Day, who is the owner of the Lathrop in pic 1? He is standing next to Richard Durgee in pic 2. As I said above I can't even remember my own name, so I appreciate the assistance.

Richard McCoy. He bought Joe Suydam's Lathrop at the Nov. 6 show. He was lucky to get it as it is a very nice engine and the bidding was pretty active.

I took a picture of the engine but my notes were blurry, said something like "Two Hot Heads or maybe Two Hard Heads" ???

C-E

Nonsense aside I noticed Ernie volunteered to help Richard get his engine running and after taking the Carburetor apart a couple of times and making adjustments the engine idled so smooth that if J.W.Lathrop himself was there he would have been proud ! Good Job Ernie !

Ernie must have taken his pictures early as my truck isn't there. The parking lot looks empty too.I hope someone posts a picture of the tug comeing in with all the lucky guys on board. With a couple more guys on there it would have looked like one of those pictures you see of people escaping from somewhere.

KEITH--How about a picture of the carb or mixer side of your Stanley twin??

I would think the easiest/closest would be BWI in Baltimore. The actual closest is Regan National in Wash DC.

Seems to me flights to BWI can be much cheaper than flights to Wash National or Dulles. Almost straight shot down Rte 3 to RTE 301 to RTE 4 to Solomons. (RTE 3 used to be called RTE 301) and it has not moved. Just head out of the airport and take 3 south and keep going straight ahead until you come to RTE 4 about 45 mins. Go off to the right and head south to Solmons. About 45 mins. Go off to the right under the Thomas Johnson bridge and the museum is in front of you. Looking forward to seeing you all.
