Hi I have a two cylinder Gray Serial # 6U28414 , does this mean its a 1918 ??? ALso do you mix the oil in the gas ? and what direction does this engine run in? |

Robert, Your engine will run either direction. If it has a gear water pump under the timer it needs to run counter clockwise as viewed from the front. Piston pump on the aft end of the cylinders, direction doesn't matter. Yes you can mix your oil with the gas. I use my chainsaw mix which is 32 to 1. Don't use 50 to 1. Richard, the year? |
