This came in from Einar Carlsen, Prince Rupert BC, Canada:
Quote:I have a pair of old cylinders that my son found many years ago. I asked this forum some time ago if anyone recognized them and pictures were posted on this site but no one recognized them at that time. I have recently listed them on eBay and the auction will be over April 8th. If anyone looks at item #2520560395, you can see several pictures of them. They are for sale but I dont think they will go but I was hoping the exposure will give me some insight on what engine they are from. I posted them on eBay, not to get some money, but to see if they could be identified. I am also hoping that exposure in this forum might also find someone that knows a bit about them. If they dont sell and I can get some information about the make etc., I probably will place them in the North Pacific Cannery Museum that is near Prince Rupert BC on the north coast of BC. It is one of the oldest canneries in existence and has visitors from all over the world. If anyone can help identify these cylinders, please contact me at [email protected] I would appreciate it. Thank you. Einar Carlsen, Prince Rupert BC, Canada
