Today I decided to research this palmer engine that has been sitting in the garage for 20 years or so. Name plate says "PALMER BROS, COS COB CT. ,PATENT AUG 10 1901,,ALSO HAS A "B" STAMP ON NAME PLATE AND CYL BODY.ANY ONE HAVE ANY INFO ON THIS MDL.ITS A 1 CYL |

Thank You For the great Info Richard. from that photo and others,it appears my engine most or all of it's parts intact, and it turns freeley. I posted a photo of this engine on a web site to see if anyone would have a intrest in buying it,and it has generated quite a bit of response. Anyone know what is should be worth for sale? seems every response I get is offering more $. just want to be fair for both sides involved ! |
