engine winterized laided up 3 months wont turn over probaly rusted.any good ideas on how to free engine would be helpful |

Rich,
The first thing you want to do is get some good penetrating oil into the cylinder... Kroil similar, and give it some time to penetrate.
You don't mention any details such as the type of engine... configuration of head... etc.
There are a lot of methods depending on the engine and the severity of the problems... but whatever you do... proceed careful and do no harm. An engine with a removeable head is much easier to work with than one that has a non-removeable head.
