My new aquisition is a Thrall 3hp that has a dented up copper jacket. It is a little different than the other jackets I've found. The sparkplug hole and the primer holes are leaking and the copper has a lot of dents. I would like to know if anyone has experience on removing this exact type of jacket. It does not appear to have a shrunk-fit steel ring at the bottom and the primer and plug holes have no hex-fitting and I need to get them sealed up and looking good. The primercup I need looks to be a 7/16"N.C. thread. Any ideas, photos, and parts info would be appreciated. Maybe later I'll post a photo of the non-original water pump, seeking it's identification. Thanks!
