I have one like the 05 add. It lives in my kitchen. My wife even dusts it. |

How many other engines we own are household engines?? My early curved spoke brass jacketed Lamb single resides in the family room next to my recliner chair. |

I have a Caile Bantam inboard in my guest bedroom. No you can't visit and take it home. I actually had it in a 12 ft launch for a while. I couldn't get a big enough prop on the boat to tame it. So the engine came out and the boat went away. |

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Its interseting what different people feel is art, I have never liked painted art, But personal pictures are a good thing, I have a Caille Liberty single and twin, a Martin 100, a Evinrude rowboat motor,Wisconsin outboard,Briggs & Stratton buckboard flyer,Dragon fly outboard, and a huge 2 man chainsaw in my living room, There are about 30 more upstairs. Now thats art. some day there will be even more |

My 4 cylinder 35 hp 1910 Erd is in the living room. It is in near perfect original condition and looks good against the interior woodwork of my house, which is vintage 1904 (close enough). It weighs about 750 pounds and the floor beams underneath are supported by 4x4's in the basement. The day it came home I only had enough energy to push as far as the living room, so there it stayed. It exudes charm and also oil so regular cleanups are a must. |

I do happen to have a steam powered cement mixer, a 10 hp Stickney, and a 6 hp Fairbanks Morse for lawn ornaments. The 7 hp Lathrop I bought to set on the steps is just too good to put outside.
