I got one pump rebuilt at Florida Diesel Injection and they hurt me real bad. I am looking for a used one in general condition to replace the pump on the other engine. These pumps are either Roosamaster DBGFC-629-4AE OR Stanadyne equivalent. I would really appreciate a pump or perhaps someone here knows why it smokes and runs rough with no load, but in gear it seems to run OK.

Go to OldIHC.org website and ask the same question. explain the problem, and see if you don't get lots of help. you might get a good working unit or someone nearby expert in the repair/tuning of this pump. we will be glad to have you! |
