Interesting stuff Richard. I wonder how long the company lasted. It had to be a slow process to form a jacket by plating, a 5" bore would have been about a 6" jacket. This had to be high tech stuff at the turn of the century, I wonder what they used for the fusible material, it held for the plating process but could be steamed out. The copper on the cast iron cylinders should have helped with salt problems.

J.B.

I forgot to date the above article "1905", A fascinating process that long ago ??

This was a new name to my data base, they had a few ads and this one article in 1904-05, but I have never seen any mention of them anywhere before or after that!
