Dans Pics. Looks like a Detroit Auto Marine with a custom timer and a Detroit mixer that has had the throttle removed. Shouldn't be an issue as it is easy to control the engine speed with the timing handle. Also you won't need the condenser on the timer if you use a Model T Ford style buzz coil. The flywheel hub repair also shouldn't be an issue as this repair is pretty common on these engines.
