Just getting around to seeing if this engine runs, I now have spark and it wanted to fire, My question is does this engine need oil in the sump, my Easthope has splash system and oil. this engine I see no splash system for the crankshaft. Also I thinking fuel mix is 25 to 1 hope that correct. I can't find info on this engine.

Dana,
No oil in the sump. Use 24 to 1 pre mix oil and gas.
