I was unable to find a non-detergent oil. Does it need to be non-detergent and what weight should I use. After years actually decades, I'm ready to get the boat in the water. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

David,
Most of us in South Louisiana use two stroke oil in our engines. Others will say use only non detergent oil. A outboard collector friend of mine mixes with half and half of each. I buy non detergent of at Napa auto parts.
