I have two schebler model D carburetors. The one on the left has a cap for the fuel float control that has been buggered up. It has a knurled top with a nipple and nut that has been ground down. The other is just a cap. Is the one on the left for real or can I replace it with one like the one on the right? |

The cap on the right is the correct one. |

And you should contact George Coates III as he may have some of these parts made on his small screw machine. [email protected] |

I have a 4 hp Atlantic with a Schebler Model D carb. Would there be any place to obtain a float or ideas on how to make a replacement float? |

I can tell you where to buy the new Nitropyhil floats for Schebler Model D if you don't mind spending $90 dollars plus shipping? I'm not the one selling them just a messenger. |
