I have an early Invincible gear box that was in my father's boat when he bought it in 1942. The clutch wheel had broken and must have trashed the gear lever connecting mechanism as it is missing. Can anyone help with photos of a similar gearbox? Invincible was an Australian company but had branches in Chicago and San Francisco. |

Hello John (Late response I know!) I've just purchased a boat from the 40s/50s and am trying to identify the gearbox to find some information about it. I noticed it has "Invincible" stamped on the mounting plate. Does this match yours? http://img802.imageshack.us/img802/6172/70l7.jpg |
