I have an interest in learning about the Kahlenberg oil engines made in Two Rivers Wisconsin. I have contacted the company, and they do not have much to offer, as the engines have not been in production for many years. Does anyone know of a book, or have other information that would enlighten me on the design and features of these engines? |

You can start by using the keyword search link on the left and enter the word Kahlenberg. There is a lot of information and material on Kahlenberg, I'm not sure there are any books the cover only Kahlenberg , but they are mentioned in Stan Graysons ENGINES AFLOAT series. I have various Kahlenberg catalogs as may other collectors do. Is there a particular model you are interested in? |

Coolsprings had two, a 3 cylinder, sitting outside, and a running five. I will post pictures after I find out where I put them. I was offered the three cylinder to take home and restore, but it exceeded my trailer capacity by about 5000 pounds. I believe it was sold off, cheap. there are others around, too. |
