Dave Welser is an old friend who collects/restore antique machine tools. He want to sell these items and donate the procedes to Tuckahoe Gas engine club over on the Eastern Shore of MD. I gather they are in poor to good condition and just too good to toss out. I have known him for many years and he is a very responsible person.
