I have a Volvo Penta 2003 in my swedish Scanmar sailboat. I need to replace the fuel pump. There are 2 fuel pumps available(part number A833323 and A859428) the first one is for serial numbers up to 230004425 and the second one for serial numbers above. My engine has a Volvo identification plate that reads: 2003 and NO: FL 10998. It was built in 1985. Does anyone know which fuel pump this engine needs or how I can find out what the serial number is? |

Hi Christophspath, it would help if you posted what Volvo Penta engine yours is, i.e. MD2C or TMD40A etc, you state it is 2003 year, someone may be able to help you |
