Have a 6 ft.x 7/8 dia shaft with a variable pitch prop that is ceased.Brass inner shaft ceased to ss outer shaft. Prop also ceased to shaft.Anyone have an easy process to seperate these frozen parts to make a working unit. |

If ex-owner shifted to a transmission it is more likely that he blocked the variable pitch on purpose so he probably put a pin somewhere on the shaft to lock it, you have to find it and remove it.. |
