hi, is their anyone out their that has any information on this engine. i have aquired one and do not really know anything much about it. i would really like to know tappet clearences, pipe work for gear box, fresh water and raw water cooling systems. as a lot of pipe work is missing. if any one has any paper work or diagrams for this engine would be greatly appreciated. thanks all nick. |

I'm still trying to find an exploded view,of a CAV injector pump fitted to a 1976 Leyland Thorneycroft 230 marine engine,Apparently there should be two bleeding points,I have found one,and have loosened various nuts but none of which produced fuel ,Can anyone help???? |

I googled CAV injection pump and found a lot of material.
What is the model number of the pump?
