Hello,
I don't know if this is right place to ask this question but I'll try. Does anyone know if you can replace the rubber hoses with a clear, high temp. rubber hose so that I can watch the volume of water going thru the system? Seems like I could because there isn't much pressure in these open systems. Thanks. Jim

I tried it with cheap clear hose and it got cloudy/dirty inside right away and you could not see anything. Might be different if you boat in clear water. You can't see 6 inches here in the chain of lakes.

There is no such thing as a clear high temperature rubber hose. If you mean vinyl, it is not the best choice.
