I have removed the head from an old Volvo one cylinder diesel.I assume it is an MD model. Can anyone tell me how to distinguish whether it is an MD 1,Md 1a,or MD 1b. I understand the bolt pattern can provide this info. Thanks for any help. |

Hi Matt, Good to hear from you again! Also, good to hear from baranof22. I have a couple questions for baranof. 1) Do you have the Volvo Shop Manual for the MD-1 and 1B? If not, I can send it if you provide you complete e-mail address? Also, are you located in Sitka, AK? I visit there periodically to see my son and would like to see your motor. Thanks, Mart G.; LBI New Jersey |
