Can anyone please help me identify this engine I have located? It is a twin cylinder w/c s/v, non detatchable head, Zenith carburettor. on the valve cover is cast a logo comprising a capital'C' with 'Ltd' within the 'C' - on the other side of the engine is cast 'Type S' on the side of the block. The inlet and exhaust manifolds are cast as an integral part of the cylinder block. I'm guessing this may perhaps be a marinised car engine but cannot find any references at all. If anyone is able to help me in identifying this, i'll be most grateful!. Many thanks indeed. |
