LOOKING FOR VALVE setting for what i have been told is a 3,8 bmc this egnine is fitted to a 26ft wooden boat which was sat water cooled.the engine oil was emulsified .we took cylinder head of replaced core plugs that had perished and new head gasket. engine will not turn over when injecters are in cuold this be a starter fault
