I had fuel pump and carb rebuilt. motor ran after about 15 mins of cranking.now motor only runs when spraying ether.electrical seems fine.any suggestions.

That looks like a fuel problem. You need to test the fuel pressure and delivery volume. If that is OK, then make sure the needle valve in the carburetor is not stuck
