Do any of you know who will take on machine work for these 2 stroke old timers? I am looking for someone who understands the needs of these engines to do some ring work. |

The Parry Automotive Co in Orillia, Ont does work on old marine engines - more importantly they have a couple of guys in there, that have an interest in this old technology.

Don't know where you're located, but Nizen Auto Works in New Haven, CT, does work on old engines. I know that they've resleeved several hit/miss engines, and they did a really nice job on a old single cylinder LeRoi 1 cyl power unit I restored.
