My 1979 vashion pocket trawler with 66 total hrs. the clutch was never hooked up and looks like it wasn't meant to be,the clutch handle moves freely about 1/4 inch but cant get it to disengage, for any clutch work the engine must be pulled, the boat has a sabb reversible prop.I would like to have a clutch, any help will be appreciated.
