I HAVE A GRAY,FLYWHEEL HELD ON BY NUT DIA IS APPROX 13"X 2"WIDE.ON SIDE OF WHEEL IS 23U9628 PLUS I BELIEVE6-27-20 DOES THIS SEEM RIGHT.WHAT SHOULD I DO TO STOP WATERJACKET FROM RUSTING,WHATS THE HORSEPOWER AND I NEED ALL EXT-PARTS LESS CARB ANY IDEAS THANKS FOR HELP}
