Please Help ID this Motor Brand + Pac...

It comes from a boat from the 40/50´s with a Packard engine but is different from Packard logos i find... Th same boat has a Packard Engine (Thunderbolt 8 straight cilinder, Model 1-M it also reads 288 STD 327 AT 426208) any idea what year it was built + additional info i could find? Thanks for any help!
