Here are some pictures of the launch of an old bateaux that has not been in the water for over 30 years. For those years it was a lawn ornament. To a large degree it was a joint project with many hands on the project.
I can say that it was a thrill to be there at the launching and to hear the pop pop pop pop of that engine .

( maybe this is the boat version of a

I had a really good time visiting with the Louisiana boys.
