To preface I am not really an old engine collector or anything. I'm just a poor humble boat builder stranded in the Mountains of Montana. After a recent trip to Italy and Spain I found a new boat design that i would like to imitate, but the problem is that to really be a good reproduction it should have a one or two cylinder make and break. So here is my question: Just how hard is it gonna be to find one? I don't even wanna start the hull if i'm not gonna be able to get an engine. |

I am ready to part with a Gray model R, 12hp, built shortly after 1910. Two cylinder, restored to like-new condition by reproduction steam launch builder in Rhode Island. The image is too big a file size to attach to message, but I'll be happy to forward photos privately on any requests - contact [email protected]. |
